Abigail Black Elbaum is the Co-Founder and Principal of Ogden CAP Properties, a prominent real estate management, development, and investment firm with assets in New York and Washington, D.C. Elbaum launched her career at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she advanced to Vice President in the Private Bank.

A proud Columbia University alumna, Abby Black Elbaum holds the position of Vice Chair on the University's Board of Trustees. She is actively involved with Columbia World Projects as a member of the President's Council and contributes to the College’s Core to Commencement Campaign Steering Committee. Abby earned both her B.A. from Columbia College and her MBA from Columbia Business School. Her longstanding commitment to the institution has earned her recognition with the Columbia College Young Alumni Achievement Award and the John Jay Award for Distinguished Professional Achievement. She has also held leadership roles on the Columbia College Alumni Association, the College's Board of Visitors, and chaired the Alumni Trustee Nominating Committee.

In addition to her leadership in real estate and education, Abby is passionate about healthcare and community service. She serves as a trustee for New York-Presbyterian Hospital and has contributed to several advisory committees, including the Sloane Hospital for Women and the Heart Center Steering Committee. Abby is also a Governor of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District, the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, the New York City Police Foundation, and the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District.
